Our Trout is a round fish sourced from the North Carolina coast. We weigh the entire fish, clean, gut, and cut per your request. Depending how large the trout is for the harvest we can yield two large boneless skin-on pieces. Each whole fish that is fabricated will be returned with it’s center bone to lessen food waste. Feel free to make fish stock, soup, or fertilize your garden with the center bone.
