Our much requested North Carolina blue crabs come pre-steamed, chilled, and will require to be reheated to enjoy. 

Reheating Steamed Crabs 

Steam 

Steam for 5 minutes. Crack a claw to test if meat is hot. If not, allow the crabs to steam for an additional 3-5 minutes and test again. 

Microwave

Cover crabs with damp paper towels, to keep them moist, and cook on high for 1 to 2 minutes. Test claw to make sure meat is warm. 

Oven 

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Place crabs in a baking pan with ¼ inch water and warm them for approximately 10 minutes. Test claw to make sure meat is warm.
