Our Black Bass is a round fish sourced from the North Carolina coast. We weigh the entire fish, clean, gut, and cut per your request. This fish is available year around and arrives medium hand sized with 1 fish being around 1- 1.5 lbs. When filleted you can yield two boneless skin-on pieces. Each whole fish that is fabricated will be returned with it’s center bone to lessen food waste. Feel free to make fish stock, soup, or fertilize your garden with the center bone.
